By accessing or using EarlyCore's adversarial testing platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EarlyCore provides automated adversarial testing for AI applications, including but not limited to:
- Prompt injection and jailbreak testing
- Data leakage detection (PII, secrets, session data)
- Harmful output and bias analysis
- Security vulnerability assessments
- Compliance mapping (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 42001)
3. User Accounts
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to test AI systems you do not own or have authorization to test
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of prompts, configurations, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features require payment. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
- Free Tier: Basic scanning with limited features
- One-time Unlock: $29 per report for full fixes and evidence
- Pro Plan: $99/month for unlimited scans and advanced features
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by EarlyCore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will identify all security vulnerabilities
- Your AI systems will be secure after using our recommendations
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
EarlyCore is a testing tool, not a guarantee of security. You remain responsible for the security of your AI applications.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARLYCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarlyCore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
